HealthPro Tools is operated by Alex Wong, the developer of HealthPro Widgets. This website is separate from the app’s marketing site, but links to the app are promotional.

The first tool helps adults choose a manageable walking goal and understand extra walking energy without presenting an estimate as medical advice or a guaranteed weight change.

How the site is funded

The calculator is free. After producing a useful result, it may suggest HealthPro Widgets as an optional way for iPhone users to keep Apple Health step counts visible. The app does not automatically receive goals or measurements entered here.
